I think it has to be The Great Circle Quilt from the booklet Aunt Martha's Favorite Quilts, ca. 1953.
That's according to Jinny Beyer's
Quilter's Album of Patchwork Patterns. She says it's drafted on a 12 x 12 grid. It looks as if the blocks are set on point on your quilt.
