I love mine. I mix everything in it from baking to meat loaf. anything that needs mixed. I've never had a need for any more attachments than came with it. when I worked in a camp kitchen we used the large HOBARTS to me it is like using one of those, only way smaller of course. for me using the beater or the dough blade works for eveything.
