I also have the white mixer with several attachements, love to make fresh hamburgers with different cuts of beef. Pasta comes out very nice and of course the best for making mashed potatoes, cakes, pie dough and cookies. I should note, that my mixer is already 20+ years old and still works like a charm, just wish it wasn't so heavy. When my niece got married a few years ago, my sister and I chipped in and brought her one saying it was a gift to her from her two dogs. She also makes her own pasta with it.
