lOF is fine. If you want more info on grain and cutting there is a good thread, a few pages in at this moment. It is called 'first cut - LOF instead of WOF'. OP 9/7/13. Beautiful use of this gorgeous panel. You may want a calming border as your final border and the brighter blue for binding.
Should I have another border before or after the border fabric? I have the fairy frost fabric in a bright blue, more royal blue, which I was thinking of bringing into the quilt? Would that suffice for a border? It's one of the main colours in the fabrics. Would that be sufficient to calm it down?
