Hard for me to visualize because of two things. I don't know where the top fits on a king bed. And, I don't know if the quilt is going all the way to the floor. With that in mind, I'd start at the floor with a fairy frost blue that matches one of the blues in the border as the binding. Next up would be the wide border that would act like a bed skirt. From that point to the quilt top edge is where you would want a break. Here you could again use fairy frost maybe the same one. Lots of ideas. I love to play these out on a design board, helps alot.
