Yes there is a fee to join and we live out in central Nebraska where there is no local/area Angie's list but they would like you to list people who did good work for you, but they don't pay for listings. Seems to me it is a money maker for Angie and you can ask your neighbors and friends and save the cost. Call your Chamber of Commerce. Those girls know everything!
