That's a "shaggy mane". They're very good, lightly sautéed, with a delicate flavor and fragile caps. Just wash them; no need to "peel". Note: you MUST use them quickly after collecting as they begin to deteriorate & discolor within an hour, hence their nickname "inky caps".
