I went to an auction tonight and bought a Singer treadle in a six drawer cabinet for $20!!!
Looks like it needs the plate over the bobbin, maybe the bobbin case, some decal work and the cabinet needs some refinishing. For $20, I just couldn't resist. Yay!!!! Will post pictures as soon as I can. I will probably have lots of questions as I get into the machine but I have to first find out what model it is. I have the serial #...can anyone on the forum help with this or should I go directly to Singer? Thanks for the help.
I also bought a toy sewing machine (have to research brand). My husband bought a heavy-duty automotive floor jack. A very good night at the local auction house!
