OK, this is in the crockpot right now...supper's cooking! I read all the rave reviews on the website and did cut back on the seasonings and liquid smoke and added some worcestershire sauce. Actually, I didn't measure, but just added a good sprinkle of everything to both sides of the meat. It smells good in here already.
