Yes, that is a V-belt. I'd go with a V-belt if you can, though I have used lugged belts with no problems. I'd stay away from the stretch belts, except as a last resort.
Where is the motor located? If you can adjust the motor position to adjust the tension of the belt, you could probably go with a 13-7/8" belt.
Thanks for answering, yes we can adjust the motor position. I wondered why it had 4 washers under each screw
Now I know why they were there. I will start with the 13-7/8 belt.
