So my 17 yr old son just told me that he cut out snacks this week and lost 8 lbs. A little envious here.
He wrestles and is working on increasing strength and endurance. After wrestling season he plays rugby.
My hair dresser told me she keeps a package of fresh spinach in her freezer and crumbles it over different dishes during the week. I may have mentioned this before. I have a package in the freezer and am going to try it with some vegetable stew I made.
I'm in again and will send my fat quarter asap.
