I also make lemon cookies and strawberry cookies with the same ingredients, 2 eggs and stick of butter
Bake 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 min. Makes about 2 1/2 doz.
Really good and quick
I do this also, even the same recipe except I put 1/2 t vanilla in the chocolate chip, and lemon flavor in the oatmeal cookies. Wonderful, and you can make just a few at a time.
