Sounds like you're farther ahead than I am. I can't even find all of that. Thanks to all of you with help with Windows 8. Everybody I've talked to so far hate 8 but I think it's because it's new. I read somewhere a little bit ago that you can download Windows 7 free on your 8 so maybe you can try that. Of course, I have no idea where I found it. I also didn't know that doing "control p" takes me to print. I knew some of you could help with my problem. I wrote down the 1-800 # just in case. Can't find anything on this darn 8.
