A few yrs ago I bought a Kenmore with lots of fancy stitches to do all of my sewing and now it's my lightweight machine. My teacher this weekend said if she had the money she'd buy the Passport because it has the built in walking foot and its light weight to carry when you don't need the big heavy machine. She's an award winning quilter and garment maker so I trust her opinion on what's good.
