I had to do a Google search, to see just what this is.
From what I understand, it's a lightweight sleeping bag, that is used in a bed, to prevent contact with the bed linens. From the pictures I saw, it doesn't look too hard to make. It appears to be just a sheet, folding over into sleeping bag form.
