my favorite cookie to make (and eat!) are the peanut blossoms with hershey kisses on top. However my husband's favorite cookie is what we call Ritz peanut butter cookies. very simple to make - in fact so simple there is no recipe! Smear some peanut butter between two ritz crackers and then dip in melting chocolate til covered. put on waxed paper and refrigerate til set. he goes crazy over them and always insists i make some for him to take to work.
