This block was fun to do. Just wish it didn't have so many bias edges! LOL. I even starched the hectic out if with Best Press. I used 9 inch squares instead of the layer cake 10 inch and it came out to almost 11 inches square. It is laying funny, it is square!
The other pics are of donation quilts I'm working on. And the borders are OK, just the way they are laying on the carpet. Ready to go to my SIL.
Now back to my Dear Jane.
I do like to make my HST by this method that produces all those bias edges. I made a pinwheel block with the HST made the regular way with edges straight of grain and had much better luck with making this block.
