How do we get under control those afternoon sweet cravings? Anyone? Come 2:00 to 2:30, they hit and I can't refuse. I have veggies and healthy snacks, but they do not do it.
I get my sweet craving in the evening, after dinner. I've started drinking a small cup of low fat milk. At first I was adding Quik, but I often just drink the milk now and it soothes the sweet tooth.
Or get a bag of Hershey's miniatures, and allow yourself a couple a day.
