I don't like a sweetener so I use "Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk" in my COFFEE. It is only 30 calories for 8oz. and is pretty healthy. Better for me than the low fat milk I was using. I generally buy a case of it when the shelf stable containers are on sale. I can't give up my morning coffee and I have two cups in the a.m. and one cup in late afternoon.....Yum!
