Here's a great, healthy way to make popcorn.

[h=2]Did you know that popcorn is considered a whole grain? Yup, because you eat the entire corn kernel, outer bran and all, popcorn fits the definition of a whole grain. "Naked" (air-popped) popcorn is a high-volume, super low-cal snack. Each cup provides more than a gram of fiber and just 30 calories. If you don't have an air popper, don't feel the need to go out and buy one. Just toss two tablespoons of kernels into a paper lunch bag, mist with cooking spray, fold the bag over twice to seal, and give it a good shake. Pop it in the microwave for about 90 seconds on high (watch and listen closely, and stop when you don't hear any popping for a couple of seconds) and — voilá! You have air-popped popcorn![/h]
