You can get climate controlled storage facilities. A 10x10 used to cost about $100 a month. But no water and no bathroom facilities....except at the storage company itself, I guess; they probably have a public bathroom. Not sure I'd want to work in one with the big garage door closed, and certainly not with it standing open. On the other hand, you'd probably get lots of writing done!
