It's a 99. Look at the face plate. It's flat. The 66 face plate is obviously curved. Once you've seen them together you'll know.
You can also take the serial # and go to: {
http://www.ismacs.net/singer_sewing_...-database.html }. That will tell you the basic model number, how many were made and when they were allotted.
