One of the reasons I like glue basting is because you don't have the mess of spaying (over spray etc). I have a Misto bottle for olive oil and use it quite a bit in the kitchen. You can get them at most department stores in the kitchen section. I'll stick with the fine stream of glue I get when I hold the glue bottle upside down a fair distance from my quilt. I'm doing a demo on it today at quilt guild.
