I saw them at Target recently. I have one I use for oil and one of the hints I read before I got it was to release the pressure after each use. Maybe that's a good idea with glue too.

When you use Elmer's to baste with it does not need to cover the entire surface. Think of Elmer's as replacing pins instead of spray baste. Pins need to be about 4 inches or so apart and that's all the closer you need thin lines of Elmer's.

I was wondering about having too much water to make it worth the while. I do not use glue to baste a quilt just the binding.
