I've done several king size using my 7700--and the 15000 has the same size or larger throat, so it should be just fine. I'm not sure what luck has to do with it.

(I said it "tongue in cheek" but I'm not sure what luck has to do with it--really.)
Here are two: and . Both were in the 110x110" inch range.
My batting was a 100 gram polyester (I think that would be 3 oz. though I'm not sure exactly how it is measured.)
As to the price--I have no opinion. I do like my 12000, but really use my 7700 daily for quilting and piecing. I mainly use the 12000 for embroidery.
justflyingin,
You quilts are beautiful! My downfall is that
I have no coordination. I tend to shake a lot and my shapes don’t look right. I’m really good at straight stitch quilting J.
I was hoping to use one of the quilt patterns (outline) built into the machine or design in EQ Stitch and quilt one square at a time on my king size quilt in the works.
I know sending out to a long arm might be cheaper, but right now I’m thinking of all sorts of stuff I can do with this new toy.
Thanks all for your pictures and feedback!
