I use Moda's Sewline glue stick to instead of basting the fabric to the hexagon paper. I also bough an extra large hexagon paper punch at Joanns that's made by Fiskars that cuts 1 inch hexagons with the 40% off coupon. Like a previous post, I use 2 1/2 inch squares that get the corners trimmed off.
