I made my grandchildren baby quilts and they seem to be well used and not abused. For the "drag around years" I made fleece blankets with blanket binding around the edges, and they cuddle up with those, even bring them here for sleepovers. Now I am getting patterns and fabrics together to make them single bed size quilts so I am pretty confident they will be appreciated also. The oldest 2 are 7 yrs old, so I'd better get quilting!!
