I'm sitting here not knowing anything about repairing machines. But I have to ask anyway.....could you try removing the needle and turn the wheel? I'm thinking bent needle here. Or maybe the hook(?) or finger(?) on the bobbin case got somehow bent just a tad when the jam occurred. Like I said, I know absolutely nothing about repairing them, I just hate not being able to fix my own machines when I need to.
