OK, the pic above my previous post just now loaded. You've got to get that bobbin drive apart. Something is jamming it's pieces. The inner should be stationary while the outer part oscillates around it.

I'm thinking her problem is that it is jammed somewhere. It will have to come apart and be re-assembled correctly what ever that takes.
