Why would anyone strip all the japan off, reassemble, and not mention this in the ad, which starts at 10x the market value?? Relying on someone having more money than sense?
I had a Singer 15-30 someone stripped down to bare metal - well in places - about all you would want to do is sew on leather - too bad - it was a fantastic machine. People do dumb and then discard.
