are you using the paper templates or those thicker plastic ones? a friend who's doing one told me she recommended I get the thicker plastic ones though I don't remember why. you just do a running stitch along the back right? then whip stitch them together then baste and quilt? guess I should just buy some of the dohickies and start and see for myself...I'm not the patient sort (I have a ongoing embroidery project for about 11 years now!) that I'm gonna have to call done and figure out a setting for the blocks and get it done with since I doubt I'll do enough for a full size bed! but I've been working a lot and sometimes there's a bit of a break and I think a hand project might help me focus and relax during those times and for when I don't feel like lugging my machine and big projects into quilt bee
