Don't buy a Sleep Number that is on advertised special unless they have that exact model in the store for you to try out. Ours is OK, but I think I would have been happier with the model that was in the store that we had actually lain on that was very comfortable (and the same price). The salesperson declared this one on special to be "a much better bed" and "just like the much more expensive one except that it would be warmer (the expensive one was freezing)". Shouldn't have believed him. His commission was probably much higher if he sold the specials. Lesson learned ...
