I have also made ice cream from the liquid (any flavor your heart desires) coffee creamer - toss it in the ice cream maker (Kitchenaid) and it makes a quick ice cream (still need to let it set about 4 hrs in the freezer). And if you want it a little richer, can add a canned milk or cream. :-)

I would not even put this in my coffee, let alone eat it by the bowlful. It is LOADED with trans fat - sure, the label will say "zero" because the serving size is one tablespoon. But one of the main ingredients is hydrogenated oil - trans fat - very bad for you. Unless you are using a fat-free variety, in which case, who knows what it is made of.
