I always have something laying next to my chair in the family room. I am currently binding a queen quilt by hand (yes, by hand, like doing the fold over after I sew the binding on with the machine) and also, pinning pieces together to sew on the Featherweight. I keep a small pair of scissors, pins, needles and hand quilting thread along with a magic marker.
