Was it a post, or was it a pm (private message)? I just took a quick look at your posts and didn't see any public replies to you, telling you how to post a picture. So, if it WAS a pm, just go to the very top of this page and click "Settings" on the right-hand side. You should see the pm there.
You could also visit the Help section of the board. There are several threads that instruct how to resize your photos (they should be about 1 mb or less for best results) and upload them.
