Velcro works wonders. When you come up with a pattern, you can attach sticky Velcro to the console and attach the other piece to the tissue holder.

You know one of the things I would think would sell is a tissue holder that can be used in a car. I have a tiny car and my tissue box seems to end on on the floor when I need it. I had been thinking of designing something that could attach to the vents or some knob that would keep the tissues handy. Would also be nice if it had a place to hold paper and pen. I have been thinking on it and have't come up with anything yet.
