I'm trying to see the positives, like at least it was a centre of a flower, and not one of the petals, so it's not glaringly obvious (otherwise I'd have noticed it before I did!)
I definitely still love the quilt, so it's not ruined by it. It would be hard for me to hate it, after all that work! I'll just have to make sure I'm more careful next time I use white on white!
