Looking over all my "stuff" there are things which I hold dear:
large Olfa cutting mat 45mm Fiskars cutter small fine pins (easier for me to use for small piecing)
longer pins wrist pin cushion with material wrist band and velcro fastener iron and board v. small scissor that has curved blades (I use for trimming threads) a seam ripper.
There are so many other do-dads you may want. As you sew you'll have a better understanding of your needs. Make a wish list and in time you'll see how important some of those things are for you to have. Good wishes for successful sewing! P.S.
