As best we can tell by the pic and serial #; 10,952,099, it's a 27 with the painted roses decals made in 1892. We haven't ID'd the cabinet yet.
It also looks to be missing the top tension assembly.
Are we close or did we miss it by a city block?
The poster of the machine wants to sell it but I suspect she'll be asking waaayyyy too much.

Joe, here is a picture of one that I purchased for $40. It isn't exactly like this one of pretty close. It has a date of 1887
