The fabric at our HL is good just not much of a selection. I had to tell one of the cutters how to cut fabric but it was her first day. She said she didn't sew. Had never used a needle. When any store hires they really need to find out what a person's interest is and place accordingly. I always check the scrap/discontinued bin. Some good deals in there. Always something for a good crazy quilt or project.
