I think the best way to go out of business is to celebrate the SUCCESSES of the business and not air the negatives.

15 years in business is awesome. Why air the negatives? Celebrate the positives. Thank the patrons and liquidate in style. Keep it upbeat. This letter is a downer. No "apologies" are needed.
