I have been pleasantly surprised this week. My weight loss has slowed down, but Friday night I went out with my hubby and had dessert and a couple drinks and only seemed to put on a pound. And then the other night I got my daughter ice cream and she couldn't finish it so of course I HAD to finish it for her. The next day I finally lost another pound
Does anyone else weigh themselves everyday or almost everyday? I know I'm only supposed to do it once a week, but I just HAVE to know if what I'm doing is working. I have a FitBit scale so usually once a week I look at the app and really compare the numbers, but I just can't stay off it.
