One thing you could try that won't cost a tech support bill is to do a system restore on your computer. You pick a date that you did not have this issue and reprogram your computer. If you don't know how to do it, google it. I have done it numerous times when I can't get a problem solved. My computer person tells me it will not hurt your computer. But if you go back too far, you may have to re install any programs you installed after that date. If the problem comes back, it might indicate a virus. Also, check your Manage Add-Ons. Sometimes after you download a free program, it will attach a lot of junk you don't need. I had a video popping up on any webpage and found out I had an add on from a game web page.
