Please feel free to post pictures of your ugly but working sewing machine. Mine feels all alone... and YES this is the AFTER picture. ew I should have shot a before picture but I was shaking so bad from the NEED to fix this thing... maybe therapy.....
It was
not ALL rusted just the slide plates and the bed. They are both very pitted. The repaint was coming up off the bed so I wire brushed it. It is down to bare metal in places and crud in others. I will need to see if my BIL wants to repaint a sewing machine. If not maybe the DGDs can use nail polish and paint flowers or something on there.
But don't laugh she sews.
I got this one because it came with a nice puzzle box. Then since I can't leave things alone I made it sew.
