That's how I got started (addicted to) making aprons too. After the first one, I made a pattern from my favorite and went from there. Every one is a little different - pocket size & placement, ruffle, reversible or not. For 1 of the reversible ones, I had the fabrics right side together ready to sew and decided to cut the bottom 7 or 8 inches off and sew them back to the other coordinating fabric (does that make sense?) before finishing.
