Default Apron done

I made the dark print apron by laying the rose one on fabric and cutting. worked. Not in love with the cherry pocket position but that was were the one on the rose apron was. Anyway it's done. I added the ruffle.

Those are really cute. Love your fabric choices. Are you giving them as gifts or using yourself? I have been making aprons lately. I think it has become an addiction for me.

That's how I got started (addicted to) making aprons too. After the first one, I made a pattern from my favorite and went from there. Every one is a little different - pocket size & placement, ruffle, reversible or not. For 1 of the reversible ones, I had the fabrics right side together ready to sew and decided to cut the bottom 7 or 8 inches off and sew them back to the other coordinating fabric (does that make sense?) before finishing. Love your cheerful aprons.

yes, that makes sense. The dark one will be a gift. I may hang onto the rose one in case i want to make another. or at least make a tissue pattern of it.

Nice looking apron! My girlfriend asked me to put a loop on the front of her aprons so she could loop a dishtowel through it.
