But I think I went one step too early. This one has no bobbin winder, and no holes for the belt guard, but does have a boss for a hand crank, so maybe the bobbin winder was part of that.
There is another listed - someone asked "does it come with a bobbin case" and the seller responded - "no"
but it shows the same as this picture LOL!!
I like the detail around the emblem
The serial number is on the back, and dates this machine to 1883.
What I really want is the one referred to as the 15-1, or the IF that is a model later than this one by a few years. Of course, I didn't realize there was a difference when I bought this one.
I was after a "project machine" but this one may be too nice for that - again . . .
