My laptop that I had for my 440 died, and it took me a few years, to get things straightened out, and I just got art link installed on an older laptop I can just have dedicated to my 440. I have not used it yet. I was able to use it on the first laptop, with very little issues. What kind of laptop do you have. I tried to use art link on my new HP laptop, and had so many issues, I had to trash it. Actually, my wonderful Bernina Dealer I have been going to for 28 years, loaded it on my laptop, and tested out for me each time I have switched laptops, free of charge. That is customer service for you. I would go to your dealer, for help, as it might be something as simple as an upgrade, that they may have available, that you would need to run your software.
