Thank you for all your comments. They were helpful, as always. I contacted Anita Goodesigns and they had some recommendations, which I jotted down and will try as soon as time allows. Even took this person's e-mail and direct phone # in tech support, if there are further problems. I will keep the Pfaff support e-mail in mind for future problems.
