I totally agree with icul8rg8r. When is the last time you had it in for servicing?? Our sewing machines are just like cars, they need to be checked and cleaned by a professional every so often depending on what your manual says. I had a student who came to class and her machine would not sew a stitch. I opened the bobbin case and found her machine was packed so tightly with dust bunnies. No one had remember to tell her you have to clean them out ever so often.
